These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 777com ("777com," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 777com website located at https://777com.xyz and all associated gaming services, features, content, and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

To register and maintain an account on 777com, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 777com Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 777com's support team immediately via live chat. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account to prevent further unauthorized activity.

777com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity.
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

777com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 777com account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the processing times of the originating bank.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within two (2) to six (6) hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to five (5) business days.

KYC Verification: Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal request is processed. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until documentation is received and approved.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses issued by 777com:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one (1) per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of twenty times (20x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted, unless a different rollover is specified in the promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games, baccarat, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion details.

Players who are found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

All games available on the 777com Platform — including slots, live baccarat, Monster Dice, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777com Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all account balances without recourse:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds in any manner.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or circumvent security measures.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gameplay intent.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to deposits made to your 777com account.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access another player's account, circumvent the Platform's security systems, or interfere with the Platform's normal operation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 777com makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Any specific game outcome, jackpot, or promotional result will be achieved.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 777com's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 777com's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777com account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
